There are chances that a customer would have visited your store in the morning and will be back in the evening or later with a product for return for any case (Expired, Damaged, etc). Depending on your company's terms and conditions, if the product return can be accepted, the same can be updated in Shoptree POS, which also adjusts the inventory. Following are the steps to update return goods

  1. Add the product to the billing 

  2. Select the product and enable Is Return. (Latest Selling Price of the product will be fetched, click on Price and update if required)

  3. Click on Pay and select the payment how the payment is returned to the customer
