Create a new Category:
1. Click on Products and select Categories
2. Click on the Add New Category and give a name for the category (ex: Food Provisions). Click on Create to complete adding the category.
Create a new Sub Category
1. Click on Products and select Categories
2. Click on Add New Sub Category and fill up the following details:
Category Name - Select the Category under which sub category has to be assigned
Name - Give a name for the sub category (ex: Grains and Pulses; Sauces and Dips etc)
2. Click on Create to complete adding the Sub Category
Once Sub Category is created, Parent Category cannot be changed
Delete Category / Sub Category
1. Click on Products and select Categories
2. Select the category/sub category that has to be deleted
3. Click on Delete to completely remove the selected Category/Sub Category
Category/Sub Category can be deleted only if there are no products assigned to the selected Category/Sub Category
