Sale channels are the different ways you sell the products. It can be an online aggregator, your own delivery fleet, walk-in customers, etc. Organize your sale channels as per your operations and track the sales accordingly
- Click on Settings and select Sale Channels
- Click on Add New Sale Channel and fill up all the necessary details
- Name*: Name of your Sale Channel
- Type*: Select the type according to your Sale Channel operations. (Delivery to be selected for online aggregators, Walk In to be selected for QSR/Retail sales, etc)
- Locations: Select the location for which the Sale Channel has to be assigned
- Enabled: Select the status if has to be enabled or disabled
- Click on Save to complete creating the Sale Channel
