How to cancel a bill/order?

Cancel the Bill from Web
Navigate to Orders after logging in to your account
Select the Bill/Order that has to be voided (Filters can be used for quick search)
Click on Void. Enter the reason for canceling the order and then click on Void to cancel the particular Bill/Order
Cancel the Bill from Mobile Dashboard
Click on the sidebar and select Orders
Select the Bill/Order that has to be voided (Filters can be used for quick search)
Click on "..." on the top right side and click on Void Order
Enter the reason for canceling the order and then click on Void to cancel the particular Bill/Order
